Overview
The screw conveyor is a machine that uses a motor to drive a rotating screw to push materials for transportation purposes. It can transport materials horizontally, inclined, or vertically, and has advantages such as simple structure, small cross-sectional area, good sealing, easy operation, easy maintenance, and suitability for closed transportation.
Model Description

Application Fields
The screw conveyor consists of a frame, drive device, screw body, conveying trough, cover, discharge cylinder, and collection hopper. The material transportation of the screw conveyor relies on the rotating blades to push the sliding materials. The transportation direction is determined by the left or right rotation of the screw blades and their rotation direction, allowing for both unidirectional and bidirectional transportation as needed. It can be installed horizontally or at a certain angle. Materials enter the screw body from the feed inlet and are transported from the discharge outlet or enter a press for squeezing and dewatering through the rotation of the screw. The length L of the conveyor is selected by the user, and the power drive device uses a dual cycloidal gear reducer or a worm gear bevel reducer, which can be installed at the inlet end (pushing type screw) or at the outlet end (pulling type screw). The U-shaped trough at the bottom of the equipment is equipped with protective liners to prevent wear, selected according to the type of material being transported.

Ordering Instructions
When placing an order, the buyer should provide the manufacturer with the type of material to be transported, transportation distance, discharge height, whether it is installed horizontally or inclined, shape and quantity of the feed inlet, and transportation volume. For special needs, negotiations can be made with the manufacturer.
