WT-II Type Truss Scraper Dredger

The WT-II Type Truss Scraper Dredger is a mechanical sludge removal system used in water treatment and wastewater treatment plants for efficient sediment handling in large settling tanks and clarifiers. It is designed to scrape and transport settled sludge from the tank bottom to the discharge point, supporting stable operation of treatment processes. This equipment features a truss-type bridge structure that provides strong support across wide tanks while maintaining smooth movement of the scraper system. It is commonly applied in sedimentation tanks where consistent sludge collection is required to maintain water quality and treatment efficiency. In modern water treatment systems, the WT-II truss scraper dredger is widely used due to its ability to handle high sludge volumes and operate continuously under demanding conditions. It helps improve sludge discharge efficiency and supports stable downstream treatment performance. Manufactured with stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, the system is suitable for long-term operation in harsh wastewater environments. Its durable design reduces maintenance needs and ensures reliable performance in industrial and municipal treatment facilities. Overall, the WT-II Type Truss Scraper Dredger provides an effective solution for sludge dredging and removal in large-scale clarifier systems, ensuring stable sediment control in wastewater treatment applications.
The truss-type scraper suction sludge machine is used in sewage treatment plants and water supply plants for horizontal sedimentation, removing the sludge that settles at the bottom of the tank, where the sedimentation tank has a level bottom.

Overview

The truss-type sludge suction machine is used for sedimentation in sewage treatment plants and water supply plants, removing sludge that settles at the bottom of the tank, with a horizontal bottom in the sedimentation tank. The suction method is based on user requirements. The truss structure and siphon-type sludge suction machine use a submersible pump with a water injector to create a siphon, utilizing the difference in liquid levels between the sedimentation tank and the sludge discharge channel to discharge sludge. The sludge suction machine's end beam moves in a circular motion while sucking sludge, extracting the flocculated material from the bottom of the tank. When there is no need to discharge sludge in the tank, the end beam stops moving, and the vacuum is released to interrupt the siphon. The pump suction system eliminates the vacuum using a submersible pump for sludge discharge.

Product Features

1. The truss-type sludge suction machine's drive device uses a shaft-mounted reducer or a flange direct-coupled reducer, which is compact in design and easy to disassemble.

2. The drive wheels have an automatic alignment function, ensuring that the sludge suction machine can operate over long distances without rail biting or climbing.

3. The truss-type sludge suction machine can use PLC to control the suction machine's cycle, implementing automatic or semi-automatic operation as needed.

4. Low maintenance requirements, small power consumption, low operating costs, and stable and reliable operation.
