Overview
The backwashing process of the filter pool usually adopts a filter head and filter plate water distribution system. The uniformity of water and air distribution is crucially dependent on the levelness of the water inlet and air inlet holes of the filter head, using a traditional one mold one plate manufacturing process. The levelness of the filter plate during prefabrication and installation is difficult to control, generally allowing a levelness of ±5mm for a single filter pool. However, using a whole pool cast filter plate and adjustable filter head can control the levelness of a single filter pool to about ±1mm. The whole pool cast filter plate is a relatively advanced manufacturing process for filter pool water distribution systems both internationally and domestically, with the following advantages:
1. The overall cast concrete filter plate structure of a single compartment filter pool fundamentally solves the problem of air and water leakage caused by the poor sealing of joints in the prefabricated small block filter plate process.
2. The filter plate and filter pool form an integral structure, increasing the effective thickness of the filter plate (150-200mm), enhancing its firmness and rigidity, and extending its service life.
3. Installation is quick and simple; after the whole pool filter plate is reinforced and cast, the levelness error of the same compartment filter pool can be controlled within ±10mm, using an adjustable filter head to adjust the levelness.
4. It reduces the need for sealing glue between filter plates and stainless steel anchoring components, lowering project costs.
