Overview
The stainless steel V-shaped trough is composed of a stainless steel trough body and several stainless steel supporting angle steels in the middle of the trough body. The vertical edges at the bottom and ends of the trough body are welded with installation angle steels. The installation angle steels are fixed to the pool wall with expansion bolts.
Since the V-shaped trough body of this utility model is made of stainless steel, it can ensure that the elevation error of the cleaning hole of the V-shaped trough is within ±1.5mm, fully ensuring the uniformity and flushing effect of the filter tank backwashing; several angle steels are used to support the middle of the trough body, enhancing the strength of the trough body. For convenient installation and fixation, installation angle steels are welded at both the bottom and upper ends of the vertical edges of the trough body, thus achieving firm installation and aesthetic appearance of the product.
